Straight tube legs for DIY furniture. These sturdy, heavy duty legs are made from American made, 14 gauge mild steel tube. Please choose either 1x3 or 2x2 steel tube. The plate is 2.5 x 4.5 for 1x3 and 3.5 x 3.5 for 2x2. Each tube leg is waxed and comes with 8 holes for securing. There is a plastic foot insert to protect floors. Legs are sold individually. Please let us know if you have any questions. Each leg is handmade in Philadelphia, Pa.

We have a minimum of 3 legs per order. If you need less then 3 legs, we would need to collect an additional fee of 10$ for shipping and handling.

Steel is almost 3 times stronger then aluminum so keep that in mind when choosing a material for your legs. We weld each leg for maximum strength. Each leg can hold up to 400 lbs so they are very heavy duty. Please keep in mind this is a raw steel product that can have rust, dirt, grime, oils, paint, and other discoloration. Please let us know if you need further processing like paint or sanding. Thanks

Legs bent around a tighter radius stiffens the leg and makes it more rigid whereas a larger radius nose gives the steel more room to wiggle and bounce causing a shakier table. Our legs have a thinner nose for a more stable leg.

How do I figure out where the bottom of a hairpin will end up on the floor relative to where I secure them to a table?

Multiply .144 by the size of your legs and that will give you the distance from the welds to where the bottom lines up on the ground.

Why do you give tek screws aka pan head self tapping screws with every order? Why not give wood screws?

We thought of the best screw for all applications that is cheap enough to offer free of charge. Our best answer to this is the tek screw. Its self drilling so you cant strip the wood, they drill through steel so you dont always need a hole to drill in and they are cheap. We do reccomend to use these until you are able to use a good wood screw that fits your top perfectly. The screws we provide are meant to be a quick fix. The ideal screw would be a wood screw. And you would drill a pilot hole first before you secure the screw. We've honestly never had any complaints except from people who notice they are not for wood. We appreciate this feedback. Please contact us with what screw you need. We do not sell screws at this time. Thanks
